FactorPlus was established in December 2006 by Corporate Financial Solutions and Maduro & Curiel’s Bank and is incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands Antilles as a privately held limited liability company (‘Besloten Vennootschap’).

FactorPlus’ mission is to provide high quality non-recourse factoring services to businesses in the Caribbean and international companies selling to the Caribbean.

We have low minimum value requirements and will factor receivables of start-up companies which have quality management and promising initial sales to creditworthy customers. International Platform
FactorPlus is a member of the International Factors Group (IFG). Through the IFG network, FactorPlus can factor invoices to debtors anywhere in the world. IFG is also an important knowledge center for international factoring developments.

FactorPlus is also a member of the International Factoring Association (IFA). IFA is an important organization for international networks, remaining current about developments and creating opportunities in the US and surrounding countries.
